We didn't come here to open just another Italian place. We came to cook like at home, on an island that is also our home. What we serve is that meeting point: pasta made by hand in the morning, fish from the harbour in the afternoon, and a table where two cultures sit side by side without asking permission.
Every drink is composed with the same craft as a plate. A touch from here, a touch from there. Local produce, Italian technique, our own rhythm.
Raw walls, warm light, tall plants, the red neon on. Open kitchen. The scent of dough and rosemary. A soundtrack that never gets in the way, and a team that takes nothing seriously except what ends up on the plate.

Next Thursday, April 30th, we're celebrating our grand opening with an experience crafted to enjoy the atmosphere, the food and good music in the heart of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria.
There'll be a DJ Set, a special selection of dishes to accompany the evening, and the vibe that defines us.
The restaurant will remain open until midnight with normal service. Event attendees are welcome to stay, though the special programming and opening-specific services end at 10:00 PM.
